The instructor was knowledgeable, who was willing to share all mental-health-related knowledge and theories with us. I did benefit a lot from the lesson delivered by them in terms of the initial assessment and intervention in people suffering from mental health issues.

Upright Wellbeing provided the exact support I needed. Instead of just talking about my problems, we created an actionable roadmap. The mindfulness techniques are now a core part of my daily routine, and I feel so much more grounded. Booking that initial discovery call was the best decision.

I came to coaching because I felt completely stagnant and didn’t know what my next step should be. The forward-looking approach here was exactly what I needed. We focused on actionable goals rather than dwelling on the past. I left every session with absolute clarity.

I loved the program – It really helped to raise my awareness and feel more confident in approaching people to discuss mental health issues. It is fantastic because the knowledge is applicable to life – not just useful at work :)

When it comes to mental health in the workplace or mental health for managers, or just just mental health in General, this is the team you have to go and see. Great original content, amazing trainers and presenters, and just a great business. Can not recommend them highly enough, and they are working in a field which is growing by the day.

I was a bit nervous going in to this training but trainer made me feel really comfortable throughout the training sessions. The training was really great and I feel I am able to have a mental health conversation with a team member at work or even a friend or family member and to help them seek the assistance they need.

I used to let overthinking and self-doubt paralyze my decision-making. Through my coaching sessions, I learned how to calm my nervous system and tackle huge challenges step-by-step. The name says it all—I finally feel like I’m standing upright again.
